Due to the nature of the product we can not accept any returns. We do remedy all issues  pertaining to manufacturing defects.

 

All items are shipped with discrete packaging.

 

All Vaceil products are third party tested and certified as skin safe. The highest quality platinum silicone is used and manufactured in the United States. 

 

Wearing a condom over a sleeve will not serve as a form of contraception. However, Using a condom on the outside of the VPS Sleeve helps reduces friction and may require less lubrication during use.

 

Because body fluids may damage the inner workings of the VPS, it is recommended that the user not climax during use, unless a condom is warn inside of the sleeve.

What’s Covered – Vaceil LLC warrants all Vaceil LLC-branded products contained in the original packaging (“VACEIL”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Vaceil LLC guidelines for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user, Vaceil LLC products warranty covers only working parts that affect the function of the pleasure product, including but not limited to use, care, and maintenance instructions contained on product packaging and www.vaceil.com.
